Puppies Fall-2024:

Leda (with a flower collar now) is inquisitive and always observes and watches others. craves to be center of attention. Smallest of the litter. With smaller upright ears. This characteristic is very wolf like. Though, Tamaskans have larger ears in general, they are smaller than German Shepherds. Leda exudes confidence with her stout but smaller stature.

Elara (with a kaleidoscope collar now)-smart puppy. First of the litter, Leda has play preference with her. Likes to watch TV , and can focus for length. Cepheus ( dad ) is a TV watcher too. Probably the most independent of the pups. But beginning to want more human attention.

Dia (with a green collar now)-Feisty, but not dominant. She engages other pups, but will roll-over and submit to them. She is all show but no bite. She is a more calm puppy as she has matured. She is middle of the pack, she is very affectionate, has good confidence, and is probably the absolute favorite of her dad ( Cepheus )

Lysithea (with a pink collar now)-one of the most affectionate pups, loves human attention. Appears to have serious look when attentive. Lysithea, is a bit competitive and can be jealous of attention at times. She is the most dominant pup of the pack. Though, not very significantly dominant. She is also the largest of the girls.

Ersa (with a purple collar now) Second of the pups to have ears stand up. ( when young they all fold over-) Though Leda was first, her ears are proportionately small. This increased rigor to stand the ear occurs with muscle development, and often chewing. She is a more active puppy. But doesn’t have the zoomies. Ersa, is a very reserved pup, seems to be the most well behaved of the litter, least likely to find trouble. Seems to be the easiest pup of the litter. She is not as small as Leda, but is by weight is slightly behind the other pups, including Leda – who is quite compact and dense. ( we might even say stout )
